How to Request a Return

Write to info@eydoil.com with the subject line "Return Request", including your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the shipping address to use.

Ship the Product

Pack it carefully and send it to the address provided. Keep your shipping receipt as proof. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Receive Your Refund

Within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a full refund via the same payment method used at purchase.

I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eydoil.com with a photo of the product. In this case, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it free of charge. Contact us immediately after purchase at info@eydoil.com.

What if my refund takes longer than expected?
